When you purchase a course, Stripe processes your payment information; full card details are not stored by this website.
We may also receive limited technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device information, referring page, and security or activity logs needed to operate and protect the service.
How we use information
We use information to respond to speaking requests, review course applications, manage memberships and course access, provide live sessions and protected replays, send requested updates, process purchases, maintain records, prevent fraud and abuse, improve the site, and comply with legal obligations.
Email and marketing choices
Operational messages—such as application decisions, sign-in links, payment receipts, and course notices—are sent when necessary to provide the service. Marketing updates are sent only when you have opted in. You may unsubscribe from marketing at any time without affecting your account or purchases.
Live sessions and recordings
Some mentorship sessions may be recorded. The course page or session host will identify when recording is available or active. Recordings may include a participant’s display name, voice, video, chat, or screen share when they choose to participate. Access to member recordings is restricted according to the applicable course and access period.
Service providers
We use service providers to host and secure the website, store data and media, deliver email, process payments, and provide video meetings. These providers process information only for the services they supply and according to their own legal and security obligations. Current core providers include Cloudflare and Stripe.
Retention and security
We keep information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described here, including course access, customer support, financial records, safety, and legal requirements. We use access controls, encrypted connections, private storage, rate limits, and backups designed to protect information. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and rights
You may ask to review, correct, or delete personal information we control, subject to records we must retain for legal, security, or financial purposes. You may also withdraw marketing consent. Privacy rights vary by location, and we will respond in accordance with applicable law.
Children and international visitors
The services are not directed to children under 13. If a course is offered to a younger audience, additional consent and program-specific terms may apply. Information may be processed in the United States and other locations where our providers operate.
